WarsawFest runs Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 9 AM to 4 PM in Warsaw Town Park. Alongside a Main Street full of vendors and exhibitors, the day includes a Baby & Beauty Pageant, children's rides and games, a Car & Truck Show, and a Grand Parade. Last year brought a bit of rain — we're hoping for clear skies and a great turnout this time around.
Spaces are reserved first-come, first-served, with payment due at registration. You'll get a confirmation email once your registration is received, and further setup details by mail roughly two weeks before the event.

A Note from the Executive Director
On behalf of the Warsaw-Richmond County Chamber of Commerce, we'd love to have you join us for our annual fall event. WarsawFest is both a historic tradition and a genuinely fun day, celebrated by residents of the Northern Neck and beyond — we'd be glad to have you be part of it.

SETUP MORNING
To keep Saturday morning traffic manageable, drop-off is split into three half-hour windows. Pick your preferred time on the form and the Chamber will do its best to accommodate it.
ELECTRICITY & PERMITS
Let the Chamber know if you need electricity. Food vendors must bring their own generator, and need either a Health Department permit on file or a plan to contact Richmond County Health Department directly.
