He visits our members and sometimes leaves riddles for us to find him. He hangs around until Christmas when Santa takes him back to the North Pole. Vendor Registration for Warsaw Fest from the Warsaw-Richmond County Chamber of Commerce that supports businesses in the Heart of the Northern Neck of Virginia. Vendor Registration As Chairman of Warsaw Fest and on behalf of the Warsaw Richmond County Chamber of Commerce, I would like to send a personal invitation to join our annual Fall Event, Warsaw Fest. Warsaw Fest is both a historic event and an enjoyable day that is celebrated by the citizens of the Northern Neck and surrounding areas. It would be our pleasure to have your participation in this year’s event. Warsaw Fest will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 9am – 4pm in the Warsaw Town Park. In addition to filling the Main Street area with Vendor’s/Exhibitors, the day’s festivities will include a Baby/Beauty Pageant, Children’s Rides & Games, Car & Truck Show, and a Grand Parade. While last year featured rain mid-morning, ending the event early, this year we are hoping for a beautiful day that is super successful for everyone! We have 3 vendor options: Food Vendor, Vendor 12x12, and Vendor 12x24. We also had to update the pricing on our event to make sure that we can cover all the costs behind the scenes that make the day run smoothly. If you are a Chamber Member your price is discounted 20%. As always, spaces are reserved on a first come, first serve basis with payment made at the time of registration. Online Registration and Payment is available at www.wrccoc.com. You will receive a confirmation notice via email when your registration has been received. At a later date, typically 2 weeks prior to the event, you will receive more information on your set up time, location, and further details for the day of the event by mail. We are very aware of the hard work and dedication it takes just to exhibit your items for display and/or sale at these events. We know Saturday morning set up can be hectic. To minimize traffic in the area we are going to designate three half hour times to drop off your equipment and then park. You will get to choose your top 2 preferences and we will do our best to accommodate your first choice. I hope everyone is surviving the cold snap today!  Thanksgiving is in a couple of weeks and Christmas follows right behind.  I know Christmas season has already started for the retail businesses and I hope your open houses all went well.   Our November monthly Board meeting was last night and below are the highlights:   We are donating $500 to Christmas Wishes and the Salvation Army.   For Giving Tuesday (December 2nd) we are going to guarantee a total of $250 to the following member non-profits, B&GCNN, Richmond County Family YMCA, Healthy Harvest Food Bank, JArt, and Menokin.  When our Facebook post goes up announcing the donations, if the post gets over 200 shares, we will add an additional $250 to each non-profit.  The Haven & Garfields received $250 during the Christmas in July Grant, but will be included in the additional funds.  We hope that some of our businesses are willing to help our member non-profits as well this holiday season!   We are still planning our December Annual Meeting.  As soon as we have confirmed plans, we will let you know.   Our Speaker Series starts back up in February 2026 with NNK Tax & Acccounting, Glen Sydnor, to update us on important information you need to know about this year's tax season.  As soon as we have finalized plans, we will let you know!   SHOP LOCAL & WIN- please make sure to respond to the Shop Local & Win Participation survey no later than Monday, November 17th.  We would like to make sure everyone that wants to participate is included. https://forms.gle/FXsmfCSwnGxCfQSv7   Christmas Decorating Contest registration is due by December 11th!  Judging for homes & businesses is December 12th.  Enter for free today at:  https://www.wrccoc.com/christmas-decorating   If you are interested in joining our Board for 2026, please reach out.   Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.   Sara Carroll President WRCCOC
