WarsawFest is the premier annual event hosted by the Warsaw/Richmond County Chamber of Commerce. Once a year, artists, craftsmen, local businesses and community members gather for a day filled with fun, food and entertainment.

WarsawFest signals the beginning of the holiday season: summer vacations are a fading memory, new school schedules and activities are settling into a routine, and a hint of cooler weather and turning leaves start to take hold by the time our annual community event is celebrated on the 2nd weekend in October.  Each year we average nearly 100 vendors, many featuring unique or one-of-a kind gifts and decorations. We welcome you in joining in our tradition.

We are excited to announce our Annual Warsaw Fest. It will be held this year on Saturday, October 11, 2025. Last year’s event was a HUGE success, and we couldn’t have done it without you! We know this is an event that many peoplelook forward to and we can’t wait to put together a great event.The Warsaw Fest Committee is made up of members of the Warsaw-Richmond County Chamber of Commerce. Eachmember of the committee volunteers their time and spends many hours planning and putting together this amazing event.

 

All the profits from Warsaw Fest, except those held for future festivals; go back into the community through donationsmade by the Warsaw-Richmond Chamber of Commerce. In 2024, we gave over $7,500 to several civic organizationsthat support the growth of our community. This year, we have also decided to offer a SPECIAL IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP. We are looking for organizations to help us with 50/50 raffle sales, trash collection, judging events (Baby Pageant, Car & Truck Show, and Parade), and monitoring of rides/ticket collection in the Kids Zone. If your organization would like to help with any of these activities on the day of theevent, please contact Sara so we can arrange a sponsorship for your organization that fits.
