All entries will be lined-up on a “1st come 1st serve basis.” If you want to be next to another entry in the parade line-up you must come to the line-up together.
• All entries must be 95% decorated before entering the line-up.
• You cannot throw any objects from your unit. Walkers may hand out items.
• Sirens/horns may be used during the parade.
• Any and all participants will hold harmless the Warsaw-Richmond County Chamber of Commerce for any incident/accident.
• The Chamber has the right to refuse an entry.
• No one under the age of 16 may drive any motor vehicle. Driver’s license will be checked.
• There will be no parking inside the NNEC for Parade Participants. The gates will lock behind us! Please shuttle in from event parking areas.
