Pageant will be held on the Main Stage at the Warsaw Town Park Rain or shine. (Stage will be covered in case of rain.)

Each contestant must check in beginning at 9 a.m. and no later than 9:30 a.m. at the Main Stage tent located inside the park. Main Street will be closed to traffic. Please make sure you allow time for shuttling from RCC.

Baby & Beauty Pageant Contestant Winners will be eligible to ride in the parade. A parent must accompany all children. Please be at the parade line-up by 1:30 pm. Applications hereby releases and forever discharges Warsaw-Richmond County Chamber of Commerce and the transporting party from any responsibility, personal liability, loss and/or damage in connection with the float or pageant.
